Description

The game comes with a solo mode where a lone village strives to prosper in spite of the dreaded Countess and her evil machinations.

It uses two decks of events and some simple rules changes to simulate playing against the evil Countess. Though you have the advantage of controlling what villagers will end up in each Village, you must react to disastrous Events every round, adapting your strategy around them.

Note: The German version of the game published by Kosmos does not seem to include the solo mode. See the discussion about it here.
